Sunset Custom Homes was founded by Jay Baldwin and Robert Marquardt in 1992. We focus entirely on building custom homes that are utmost in quality, with emphasis on our clients design needs. Our goal is to establish close working relationships so the homes are unique and reflect the personal desires of each client. The building process is begun by helping our clients decide there individual desires, and fitting these to a home design that is well suited for there lot as well as there lifestyle.

Jay Baldwin and Robert Marquardt began framing homes in 1992, then in 1995 became general contractors. This allowed Sunset Custom Homes to go from design to finish and personally handing the keys to our client. The difference between us and other builders is that we are on site framing and trimming with regular communication with our clients. We are there from picking out your materials to updating you on every phase of the building process.
